She writes in her email that hundreds of years of history have shaped the Philippines into what it is today, a melting pot of cultures from European, Asian and North American cultures. If history is what you are after, then you will discover a vast number of historic locations you can visit on many the Paradise Philippines islands, from the walled city of Intramuros in Old Manila built by the conquering Spaniards in the 16th century, to the Rice Terraces of Banaue built thousands of years ago by the indigenous natives of the cordillera, and to the more recent ruins of Corregidor which served as fort for the American troops during World War II.

Yette writes in her email that The Philippine Women’s University founded as Philippine Women’s College in 1919. it is located along district of Malate in the city of Manila. The college was granted its university status in 1932 and recognized as first university of women in Asia. She tells that preparation for vocation or profession for leadership to achieve the dignity of professional work The Philippine Women’s University can be best for any women.

Yette more tells that the university is now completing its ninth decade of institutional life and is moving toward its centenary in 2020. It has coped with many vicissitudes, including being burned and razed to the ground during the battle for the liberation of Manila in 1945. But, phoenix like, Philippine Women’s University arose from the ashes, grew and flourished, even more vigorous, innovative and determined to continue serving the youth of the land to make them be the best they can become.

Mariel John belongs to Manila. She is student of post graduation. In the photo she is standing in Cherry Blossoms Hotel Manila. She tells that Cherry Blossoms Hotel is located in most attractive and busy area of Manila. The Robinson’s Place Ermita right behind the hotel and the country’s largest mall, the SM Mall of Asia, proud owner of the country’s only IMAX 3D theatre and Asia’s only Olympic-sized ice skating rink, along Diosdado Macapagal Avenue, a few minutes from the hotel.
